这一句比较难，另外楼主还是要把拼写错误都改过来啊。

语法上确实没有任何问题，可是用工荒是缺人，减少劳动力了（工人）怎么又成了缓和用工荒了呢。 工人的数量是一定的，工资高了，每个工厂能请得起的人就少了，不就等于多出几个工人了吗。呵呵
