Service Desk North Asia Team Leader (Japanese Speaker)
客服中心东亚项目组组长(日语)
Main Responsibilities:
主要职责:
* Manage North Asia support team in Service Desk, (Japan/Korean Customer)
* 管理客服中心东亚项目组(面向日韩客户)
* Monitor and ensure team performance
* 对组员进行督导,保证全组的工作业绩
* Japanese customer Pre-sale support and customer transition
* 面向日本客户进行售前技术支持以及客户转换
Requirements:
职位要求:
* IT Helpdesk working experience, at least 3 years, familiar with service desk operation
* 三年以上IT客服工作经验,熟悉IT客服的工作流程
* Good communication skill, strong service sense
* 良好的沟通技能和服务意识
* Team management skill, experience in leading a team
* 有团队管理经验,具备团队管理技能
* Experience in service desk customer transition
* 具备一定的客服中心客户转换经验
* Good Japanese skills, native level; other language skill is plus
* 精能日语(母语水平),同时会其他语种者优先
* Overseas experience (in Japan) is plus
* 有在日本工作经验者优先
Customer Service Specialist/Engineer(日本語)
客户服务专员/工程师(日本語)
Main Responsibilities:
主要职责:
* Provide service to customer via phone in the manner of polite and professional way.
* 以礼貌、专业的态度通过电话为客户提供服务
* Handle customer request/incident base on project requirement and support flow.
*根据项目要求及支持流程随机处理客户的需求
* Trouble shooting and resolve customer problem at 1st level.
* 初步故障排除,解决客户的问题
* Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed.
* 根据支持流程跟踪处理直至问题解决
Requirements:
职位要求:
* Native Japanese Speaker;
* 母语为日语
* Good Service Sense;
* 良好的服务意识
* Problem analysis/solving skill, logic thinking.
* 分析问题和解决问题的能力,以及逻辑思维能力
* Same working experience is plus.
* 有相关工作经验者优先 |
