▼四季の移ろいに、愛した人の不在を思い起こすことがある。〈季節（とき）はめぐりまた夏が来て／あの日と同じ流れの岸／瀬音ゆかしき杜（もり）の都／あの人はもういない〉。仙台はいい歌に恵まれた。
　季节的变迁，有时会让人想起那些我们曾经爱过的人。星間船一作词，佐藤宗幸作曲并演唱的名曲《青叶城恋歌》如是唱道：“时光流逝又是夏季，再次站在那条河边，流水之声悦耳动听，斯人已逝无处追寻”，以仙台为背景的这首歌曲非常动人。
　VOX POPULI: Passing of seasons echoes transition in politics at times
    With the passing of the seasons, we are sometimes reminded of the absence of people we loved. "The seasons change and it is summer again/ I stand on the bank of the river as I did that day/ The sound of the stream is pleasant to the ear in the city of trees/ But she is no longer here." These are the words to "Aobajo Koiuta," a song set in Sendai. What a lovely song.
▼ステージは、鎮魂の響きをたたえた「青葉城恋唄」で始まった。食道がんを克服した桑田佳祐さん（55）が、完全復活の舞台に選んだのは宮城県利府町の総合体育館。6月まで遺体安置所だったそのアリーナから、この人ならではのパワーで、からりとエールを送った。
  著名歌星桑田佳祐（55岁）战胜了食道癌的折磨，选在宫城县利府镇的综合体育馆举办自己的完全复出演唱会。演唱会从一曲包含追思抚慰的《青叶城恋歌》开场。这座体育馆直到6月时还是一处遇难者遗体的临时安置所，桑田独有的魅力让舞台下爆发出热烈的欢呼。
　Singer Keisuke Kuwata, 55, who overcame esophageal cancer, held a concert over the weekend to mark his full recovery. He opened with this song to pay tribute to the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake. The venue he chose was an arena in Rifu, Miyagi Prefecture. Until June, the building had been used as a morgue. From there, Kuwata sent powerful and hearty cheers to people in the stricken areas.

演唱会上，桑田动情地表示：“去年我有幸捡回一命。随着现场演唱会日期的逐渐临近，我忧心忡忡地想了很多，日本灾后复兴、赈灾慰问、我自己能做点什么。今天，大家和我一起，把这次演唱会变成重振精神的演唱会吧。”说到这里，舞台下爆发出了最热烈的欢呼。
　"Last year, I was given life again," Kuwata told the audience. "As the concert approached, I found myself brooding over whether I could do it, thinking it might be presumptuous of me to call for reconstruction assistance or provide a charity concert. Today, let's make this an event to come alive with me." The cheers from the audience rose as he spoke those words.
▼震災半年の節目に輝いたのは、女子サッカーも同じだ。無敗、アジア首位の成績でロンドン五輪出場に花を添えた。歌える人は歌い、走るべき者は走る。こうして、今の日本はどうにか持っている。

  对比一下国内政治局面的凄惨状况，让人欲哭无泪啊。上任才9天的经济产业大臣钵吕吉雄因对核辐射地区的不当发言被迫辞职，国防大臣一川保夫则口无遮拦自称“是个门外汉”。据说民主党国会对策委员会的会长平野博文，对临时国会提前结束评价为“内阁状况不够完善”。
　By comparison, the state of politics is so pathetic that it makes me want to cry. Economy minister Yoshio Hachiro resigned less than 10 days after assuming the post because he made fun of radiation contamination, which is no joke. Defense minister Yasuo Ichikawa shows no qualms about saying, "I am an amateur (on security.)" ▼国の将来を論ずべき政治家が論じていない現実を、野田首相はどう見ていよう。だんまりこそが安全運転と勘違いし、雄弁を封じれば、ここ何代かと同じ轍（てつ）を踏みかねない。たちまち〈あの人はもういない〉である。
　对于应该商议国家未来之大计的政治家们却不好好干活，不知道野田首相作何感想。如果误以为国家大事也该像交通安全那样奉行沉默是金的原则，不作任何有力辩解的话，就有可能重蹈前几任首相的覆辙。万一如此，他很快也会“斯人已逝矣”。
  What does Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda think about this situation, where politicians, who should be discussing the nation's future, are not? I hope he doesn't think, wrongly, that silence guarantees safe driving. He needs to eloquently address this situation. Otherwise, he could make the same mistake as his immediate predecessors. If that happens, in no time at all, he may find he is "no longer here."
