job Requirements:
\1)Ability to take on new challenges
2)Ability understand campaign results and recommend or adjust campaign tactics
3)Proficiency with spreadsheets & presentation software (Excel & PowerPoint)  
4)Ability to learn and efficiently use marketing planning tools and process
5)Equally effective working independently or collaboratively
6)IT Industry Knowledge
7)Ability to follow local law/policy such as privacy policy
8）Privacy related issue may impact on business and IBM brand.
9）If privacy related issues occur, expeditious investigation and reporting is indispensable.
10) Ability to utilize local tools
11) High communication and negotiation skill with related functions
12) Need to be familiar with Janpanese business practice
Required:
1)Bachelors Degree
2)Fluent Japanese reading and writing, at least 1 year living experence in Japan.
