8月１０日付貴簡拝承しました。その中で貴社は商品積み出しの期限を８月３０日まで延長してくださいました。
多分新聞でご承知の通り、当業界の労働者はここ五日間ストライキしています。そのため、製造が全部遅れております。それで日程どおり納品することができませんでした  机械日语网原创贴

Dear Sirs
We acknowledge receipt of your letter of August 10 in which you have given us additional time until August 30 to ship the goods.
As you have perhaps read in the newspaper, the workers in our trade have been on strike for five days. Because of this, our entire production has been delayed. Therefore, we have not been able to deliver the goods according our schedule.
We ask for your understanding for this unavoidable delay.

We would like to apologize for the delay in air freighting your cargo.

The shipment has been delayed because of a port strike.?
由于码头罢工，装船晚了。

１１.        チャーター運賃に関する貴殿のご依頼に、早く回答出来なかったことをお詫び申し上げました。
I must apologize for not being able to give an early reply to your request regarding a price for chartering .
本人对未能及时恢复阁下有关租船价格的要求表示歉意。

１２.        発送が遅れたことをお詫びいたします。事情を調査中ですがおそらく２－３日以内には到着と思います。
We apologize for the delay in shipment. We are looking into the matter and it should reach you within a couple of days.
