Customer Support Analyst ( Japanese Speaking - 若干)
工作地点: 天津薪资范围:6K-10K/m
Responsibilities
•Provide customer service and IT support over all means of communication to users in Asia Pacific
•Resolve issues and handle requests reported
•Perform escalation and workflow procedures

Requirements
•Required languages: Japanese, (written and spoken) English(Written)
•Required skills: Windows Operating System, basic networking, hardware and software knowledge.
•Preferable experience: 1-2 years experience in a Helpdesk/Call Center environment
•Preferable skills: Lotus Notes, SAPGUI, remote resolutions tools such as Netmeeting
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Proactive and a team player
