Customer Support Analyst ( Japanese Speaking - 若干)

Responsibilities
•Provide customer service and IT support over all means of communication to users in Asia Pacific
•Resolve issues and handle requests reported
•Perform escalation and workflow procedures
Requirements
•Required languages: Japanese, (written and spoken) English(Written)
•Required skills: Windows Operating System, basic networking, hardware and software knowledge.
•Preferable experience: 1-2 years experience in a Helpdesk/Call Center environment
•Preferable skills: Lotus Notes, SAPGUI, remote resolutions tools such as Netmeeting
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Proactive and a team player |
