Experience and Qualification

1.        Bachelors degree Training or academic background in Securities / Investment / Mathematics
2.        1-2 years working experience of BFSI /financial services BPO / Brokerage firm /Investment Banking(Settlements / Back office / Trade desk functions,  Interest claims, Corporate action entitlement processing, recon & payable / receivable, or /Trade finance / Consumer Banking / Insurance sector entitlement processing, claims processing or commercial banking Ops, reconciliation, payment & loan processing, FX, risk management & control, Wealth management & advisory, financial data processing, financial & process audit, & Wholesale & retail credit Operation
3.        Fluent Japanese Communication – written and verbal
4.        Excellent English Communication – written and verbal
5.        Willingness to work in shifts (Japan Time) / holidays
6.        Good computer skills -MS Office applications and on-line tools especially Excel, macros.
7.        Ability to Multi – task
8.        Good time management / Work Prioritization
9.        Ability to perform under pressure to meet stiff timelines
10.        Attention to detail & Client focused
11.        Driven by SLAs & highly sensitive to Ops risk
12.        Good interpersonal skills
13.        Ability to work well both as an individual and as part of the team
14.        Valid Passport
